Well Chip Group Berhad held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 3 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at Ponderosa Golf & Country Club, Johor Bahru, Johor.
The EGM was convened in relation to the Proposed Renounceable Rights Issue, providing shareholders with the opportunity to consider and vote on the proposed resolution.
During the meeting, the Group also shared updates on its business footprint and expansion plans, followed by engagement with shareholders.
