On 12 September 2026, the Well Chip Group team gathered in Desaru for our team-building event themed “Clean Today, Green Tomorrow.” It was a meaningful day that brought everyone together outside the workplace, giving us the opportunity to strengthen our connections while also contributing positively to the environment.
The morning began with a beach clean-up activity along the Desaru coastline. Team members worked together to collect rubbish and help keep the beach clean. Through this activity, we were reminded that small actions can create a meaningful impact when everyone works together towards the same goal.
After the beach clean-up, the team continued with a variety of indoor activities designed to encourage teamwork, communication and cooperation. These activities allowed us to understand one another better, improve the way we communicate and experience the importance of supporting each other as one team.
Teamwork and communication have always played an important role in Well Chip Group’s journey. Without the dedication, trust and cooperation of our team members, we would not be where we are today. This team-building event was a valuable reminder that our strength comes from working together and growing together.
